strength, grace and fluidity.
During this
workshop, Veronic will take you, step by step, into the
colourful and playful world of Bollywood dance. The workshop includes a
short choreography, warming up and stretching.
Bollywood dance is a fusion of traditional
and classical Indian dances, influenced by jazz, hip-hop, and
contemporary
dance.
You’ll experience all the ingredients of Bollywood dancing, including
timing, rhythm, energy, and sharply controlled expressive movements.
The drumbeats will get your hips shaking, your arms moving, and your
feet stomping.
